Generally, mix 1/2 teaspoon in half a glass of warm water and drink one hour before bedtime. You can increase the amount weekly until you reach a maximum of 2 teaspoons daily. • In case of severe constipation for more than three days, perform warm water enema with triphala decoction (try 1 teaspoon) in 1 liter of water, let it sit and pour the water into an enema bag. Lie down in the bathroom on the left side and let the water with the herb enter the anus, hold it for more than 5 minutes and then let the water out into the toilet.
• As a tonic, it is recommended to ingest up to 1 g daily.
