- Simeprevir. Taking milk thistle with this hepatitis C medication could increase the drug's levels in blood plasma.
- Sirolimus (Rapamune™). Taking milk thistle along with this immunosuppressant may change how your body processes the drug.
- It may interact with alcohol, anti-inflammatory drugs, antiretroviral drugs, estrogens, fertility drugs, anti-anxiety medications, and products used for the heart, stomach, or intestines.
