EXCHANGE POLICY, LEGAL GUARANTEE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the type of products that we supply to the public at Rita Uttara, for well-being and human consumption, we only accept returns of them, natural products or products for personal use, in the following two cases:

  1. Badly shipped product
  2. Product quality problems.

The procedure we will give to returns of products purchased on our web portal and for which the customer has a complaint due to quality problems is as follows:

The client must inform us by email or telephone of the situation that arises with the product, our technical department will verify with products from the same batch that the client has and will provide a response to the claim.

In the event that verification cannot be carried out, because we do not have other products from a similar batch or a physical sample of the product is required, the client must send us the product along with the written claim to our facilities in Cali.

Our technical department will verify the situation and indicate if it is appropriate to make the change due to quality problems with the shipped product.

If the claim is accepted, we will send an identical product but from a different batch and we will refund the value paid by the customer when shipping the product to our facilities.

In the event that our technical department determines that the product meets the quality conditions and regulations, that is, the claim does not apply, we will transmit the claim to the manufacturing laboratory or return the product to the customer.

Please note that you must verify your merchandise at the time it is received from the carrier; if you see any damage, you should not sign the delivery guide or receive the ordered product. We do not make returns for transport breakdowns that have not been reported at the time of delivery.

If for any reason (other than the legal guarantee) you are not and wish to make an exchange, you can do so within a period of 30 calendar days, counted from the date you purchased your product. This policy does not apply to international purchases.
