Preparation and use:

It is important to practice good hygiene when handling and using Kegel weights. Please follow the following instructions before use:

Wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap. Wash the weights with mild soap and warm water. Dry the weights with a clean towel. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the weights to make insertion easier.

Once your Kegel weights have been properly prepared, follow the instructions below.

Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the vaginal opening or directly to the tip of the weight.

Find a comfortable sitting or standing position and gently insert the weight as you would a tampon. Once it's comfortably in place with the cord outside your body, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles to keep it in. If you feel it falling, gently push it in. The dumbbell should be securely in place while you exercise.

Kegel weights give your pelvic floor muscles something to contract, squeezing them as you squeeze and lift. Contracting and relaxing these muscles strengthens and tones them, which can relieve certain pelvic floor conditions, prepare you for childbirth or help you recover from childbirth, and prevent bladder leakage.
