Ayurvedic artisanal ghee. Learn more:
It is a healthy fat that has been prepared and used for thousands of years. In addition to India, where it is a tradition, it was consumed in much of Europe and the world before refrigeration devices came into existence.
Since the elements that cause its decomposition have been eliminated, Ghee does not need refrigeration and can be used perfectly on long trips. In the refrigerator or basement it can be stored for years. Ayurveda states that a 50 year old Ghee can cure most unwanted physical and spiritual ailments.
In Ayurveda, Ghee is recommended in combination with spices, since the spices are roasted in it, releasing all their essential oils and properties.
Adding a teaspoon of Ghee to your infusions will help the properties of the herbs to be better absorbed by your body.
- Promotes good digestion: helps balance excess gastric acid, as well as maintain the stability and natural viscosity of the walls of the stomach and intestines.
- Nourishes the nervous and mental system: it is the healthy fat most similar to the natural fat in the human body, so it helps strengthen the brain and nervous system, which is a large percentage of fat, improving its entire functioning and memory.
- Relieves burns: like aloe vera, it reduces the development of blisters and scars when applied to burned or damaged skin.
- Helps in cases of constipation
- In case of colon ailments, it helps reduce inflammation
